How to: Define roles.
Solution:
Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Seven Habits Tools'. Define roles in the 'Roles' tab.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Seven Habits Quick Start'. (The Seven Habits Tools dialog box appears.)

2) Click 'Roles' tab.
NOTE 1: 'Sharpen the Saw' can not be deleted.
NOTE 2: Only 7 roles can be defined including 'Sharpen the saw'.
3) To add a role:
a) Type a role in the 'Role' list box.
EXAMPLE: Mother, Employee, etc.
b) Click 'Add'.
c) Repeat steps 2)a) and 2)b) until up to 7 roles are entered.
4) To assign a color to a role:
a) Select the role in the 'Role' list box.
b) Click a color button in the 'Color' group.
c) Click 'Done'. (The color appears in the upper right corner of the role tab.)
5) To rearrange roles:
a) Select the role to move in the 'Role' list box.
b) Click 'Move Up' or 'Move Down'.
c) Click 'Done'.
6) To delete roles:
a) Select the role to delete in the 'Role' list box.
b) Click 'Delete'.
c) When prompted, click 'Yes'.
7) Click 'Done'.
8) Click 'Close'.
